The first session of the PYPA Leadership Academy for the 2025 cohort is underway in beautiful Jinja, Uganda  at the Jinja Nile Resort, running from April 22nd to May 4th.

 We’re excited to welcome 44 participants from 19 political parties across Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda. And for only the second time in the academy’s history—we have more women than men participating!

The program is packed with powerful sessions on:
